§ 280. 

(2) In the case of ordering distance, the court shall, as a rule of conduct, prescribe that the accused shall not contact, directly or indirectly, a specific person or stay away from that person (hereinafter: person affected by distance).

(3) In order to ensure the purpose specified in subsection (2), the court may prescribe, as a rule of conduct, that the accused

(a) leave and remain away from a specified dwelling; or

(b) stay away from the person's actual place of residence, place of work, institutions regularly visited by that person or any other place, in particular a health institution visited for the purpose of education, upbringing or medical treatment, or a building visited in the exercise of his religion.

4. Where paragraph 3 ( b) applies, the rules of conduct shall be laid down in such a way that they do not make it impossible for the accused to exercise the rights to which the person concerned by the distance is affected by those rules of conduct.

(5) In the case of a restraining order, the court shall serve the final decision on the restraining order.

(b) the person concerned by the absconding, and

(c) if the detention order has been requested by the victim, the public prosecutor's office

(6) The person affected by the distance shall also be informed of the termination or termination of the distance.
