Article 27bis

1) Human dignity shall be respected and protected.

2) No one may be subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Liechtenstein - Criminal Procedure Code 1988 (2017) EN

''General provisions, § 2a1''

It shall not be permissible to induce persons to undertake, continue,

or complete an offence or to have secretly appointed persons entice a

confession.

§ 151

Neither promises nor pretences, nor threats nor coercive measures

may be used to make the accused state a confession or make other

specific statements. Also, the investigation must not be delayed by

efforts to obtain a confession.
