RECEIPT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF A CUSTODY IMPOSED BY A FOREIGN COURT''
54. §(1) Time spent in a case abroad in detention, pre-trial detention or criminal supervision shall be included in the sentence received.
2. The Court alone shall have the right to decide any application for appeal and revision. The State of enforcement shall not impede the making of any such application by a sentenced person.
