Article 12
Every person accused of an offense shall be presumed innocent while his guilt is not proven in conformity with the law and in public trial in which all the guarantees necessary for his defense have been assured.

Art. 6.-Toda persona a quien se impute un delito se presumirá inocente y será tratada como tal en todo momento, mientras no se pruebe su culpabilidad conforme a la ley y en juicio oral y público, en el que se le aseguren todas las garantías necesarias para su defensa. La carga de la prueba corresponde a los acusadores.

Article 66 Presumption of innocence

1. Everyone shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty before the Court in accordance with the applicable law.

2. The onus is on the Prosecutor to prove the guilt of the accused.

3. In order to convict the accused, the Court must be convinced of the guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt.
