Chapter one. TASKS AND LIMITS OF EFFECT
Art 2. (2) The Penal Procedure Code shall also apply in the cases of performing court orders of another country, placed by virtue of an agreement or under the terms of reciprocity.
States Parties shall ensure that there are procedures available under their national law for all of the forms of cooperation which are specified under this Part.
