The national human rights commission in performing its functions and duties, may exercise the following powers:
(j) in case the Commission has received the information from any source that a serious incident of violation of human rights has occurred or is likely to occur, it may enter a person's residence or office, conduct a search and seize documents and evidence relating to human rights violations therein,

Article 93 Other forms of cooperation

1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:

(h) The execution of searches and seizures;
