I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

PROTECTION OF WITNESS, VICTIMS AND OTHER PERSONS
Article 8

(1) In the procedure against the perpetrators of criminal offences referred to in Article 1 of this Law and in the course of co-operation with the International Criminal Court the highest standards of the protection of and respect for the dignity of witnesses, victims and their families shall be applied under a special law.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 8

(1) In the investigation and prosecution of crimes and in the co-operation with the International Criminal Court the highest standards of the protection of and respect for the dignity of witnesses, victims and their families shall be applied under a special law.

(2) Special legal protection, as required, shall be enjoyed by judges, public attorneys and other persons involved in the prosecution of crimes and the co-operation with the International Criminal Court.

Article 93 Other forms of cooperation

1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:

(j) The protection of victims and witnesses and the preservation of evidence;
