25.— (5) A surrender order shall provide for the committal of the arrested person to a prison or, if the person is not more than 21 years of age, to a remand institution (within the meaning of the Criminal Justice Act 1960) while awaiting the surrender.
(c) A person being transported shall be detained in custody during the period of transit;
