Iceland - Act on International Co-operation on the Enforcement of Criminal Judgements 1993 EN

Article 18
If enforcement has been requested in a European criminal court, property confiscated under it may be seized if the property could be seized under Icelandic law if the case were to be conducted in this country. The Attorney General decides on the arrest. Provisions [88. gr. Criminal Procedure Act] 1) on insurance measures apply to the enforcement of European criminal convictions.

Article 93 Other forms of cooperation

1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:

(h) The execution of searches and seizures;
