Witness protection
§ 704. (1) A witness performing military service may, in particularly justified cases, request his command or transfer to another place of service. The application is decided by the prosecution before the prosecution and then by the court. The witness may appeal against the rejection of the application.
2. The command or transfer shall be carried out by the staff body within seventy-two hours of notification of the decision.
1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:
(j) The protection of victims and witnesses and the preservation of evidence;
