Artículo 142.- Mientras lo haga necesario la LEY 18857 gravedad de sus lesiones, el herido deberá ser atendido ART CUARTO y permanecer en los servicios hospitalarios del Estado, N° 25 a menos que tuviere derecho o medios para ser atendido VER NOTA 1.1 por su cuenta en un establecimiento particular.
1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:
(j) The protection of victims and witnesses and the preservation of evidence;
