35 Act not to limit provision of other assistance
Nothing in this Act may be construed so as to prevent or abrogate or derogate from any arrangement or practice for the provision of assistance to the Court otherwise than in the manner provided for by this Act.
Article 86 General obligation to cooperate
States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Statute, cooperate fully with the Court in its investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
Conformément aux dispositions du présent Statut, les États Parties coopèrent pleinement avec la Cour dans les enquêtes et poursuites qu'elle mène pour les crimes relevant de sa compétence.
