Article 12
Fair Trial

(1) (e) All persons shall be afforded adequate time and facilities for the preparation and presentation of their defence, before the commencement of and during their trial, and shall be entitled to be defended by a legal practitioner of their choice.

113. (5) Where prosecution material does not consist of information, the prosecutor must disclose such material by allowing the accused to inspect it at a reasonable time and at a reasonable place or by taking steps to ensure that the accused is allowed to do so.
