Article 64. Rights and Obligation of a Suspect

(2) In line with the provisions of this Code, the suspect shall have the right:
10) to give or to refuse to give testimony;

(4) A suspect shall have the right to give testimonies or refuse to give testimonies. He/she shall be warned that if he/she refuses to give testimonies, no disfavoring consequences will follow, and if he/she gives testimonies, such testimonies could be used as means of evidence against him/her.

Article 66. Rights and Obligations of the Accused or the Defendant

(2) The accused or the defendant, in line with the provisions of this Code, shall have the right:
2) immediately after apprehension or after indictment to obtain from a criminal investigative body written information about his/her rights under this article, including the right to keep silent and not to testify against himself/herself, and the explanations of all his/her rights;

1. In the determination of any charge, the accused shall be entitled to a public hearing, having regard to the provisions of this Statute, to a fair hearing conducted impartially, and to the following minimum guarantees, in full equality:

(g) Not to be compelled to testify or to confess guilt and to remain silent, without such silence being a consideration in the determination of guilt or innocence;
