War crimes against persons
4) Any person who, in connection with an armed conflict,
3. deports or forcibly transfers to another area all or any part of the civilian population or causes such deportation or transfer to be carried out, unless it is a temporary displacement which is required with regard to the security of the civilian population or for imperative military reasons,

2. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘war crimes’ means:

(a) Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts against persons or property protected under the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention:

(vii) Unlawful deportation or transfer or unlawful confinement;
