War crimes against persons
4) Any person who, in connection with an armed conflict,
1. inflicts great physical or mental pain or serious bodily harm (§ 84 paragraph 1) on a person to be protected under international humanitarian law,
2. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘war crimes’ means:
(b) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(xxi) Committing outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment;
