Payments under witness protection programme
(1) The Director may, at his discretion, certify in writing that the whole or partofpart of an amount held by a participant represents payments made to the participant under the programme.
(2) An amount so certified cannot be confiscated or restrained, and cannot beappliedbe applied in payment of pecuniary penalties, under any law.

Article 93 Other forms of cooperation

1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:

(j) The protection of victims and witnesses and the preservation of evidence;
