Immunities and Privileges of the Organization

6. The right to avail itself, for telegraphic communications sent by it and containing only matter intended for publication by the Press or for wireless broadcasting (including communications addressed to, or despatched from, places outside Kenya), of any reduced rates applicable for the corresponding service in the case of Press telegrams.

ARTICLE 11 Facilities in Respect of Communications

3. The Court may use all appropriate means of communication, including electronic means of communication, and shall have the right to use codes or cipher for its official communications and correspondence. The official communications and correspondence of the Court shall be inviolable.
