Art. 25

No punishment may be inflicted except by virtue of a law in force at the time tehe offence was committed.

No restriction may be placed on a person's liberty save for as provided by law.

No one shall be punished save on the basis of a law which was in force at the time the offence was committed.

No one shall be subjected to restrictive measures save in such cases as provided for by law.

Article 23 Nulla poena sine lege

A person convicted by the Court may be punished only in accordance with this Statute.
