''Article 4 War crimes in non-international armed conflict''
In addition to the acts listed in the second paragraph. other serious violations of
international law and practices applicable to non-international armed conflicts shall be
considered war crimes in non-international armed conflicts, in particular any of the following
acts:
(...)e.to plunder a city or place even if the city or place has been taken by force
2. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘war crimes’ means:
(e) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in armed conflicts not of an international character, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(v) Pillaging a town or place, even when taken by assault;
