'Article 2 Crimes against humanity''

 The following acts are considered crimes against humanity when committed intentionally as part of a wide-ranging or systematic attack on civilians:
(...)     k. other inhuman acts of a similar nature intended to cause great suffering or serious bodily harm or damage to mental or physical health.

Article 7 Crimes against humanity

1. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘crime against humanity’ means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack:

(k) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.
