Assault on Protected Persons
Section 149
(2) Any person who in time of war:

b) forces a protected person to live under conditions threatening the demise of the protected
person;
2. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘war crimes’ means:
(b) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(xxi) Committing outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment;
