Artículo 68. Toda persona tiene derecho a que se respete su integridad física, síquica y moral.
Nadie debe ser sometido a torturas, ni penas o tratos crueles, inhumanos o degradantes.
Toda persona privada de libertad será tratada con el respeto debido a la dignidad inherente al ser humano.
2. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘war crimes’ means:
(b) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(xxi) Committing outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment;
