Article 24
Period of Limitation
Extradition may not be conducted for a crime if under the Criminal Code of Georgia the period of limitation has expired, which releases the person from criminal liability or from serving the sentence.
The crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court shall not be subject to any statute of limitations.
