Section 6 - Aggravated war crime
(1) If the war crime is committed as part of a plan or policy or as part of extensive war crimes and
(3) the offence is committed in an especially brutal, cruel or degrading manner,
2. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘war crimes’ means:
(b) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed conflict, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(xxi) Committing outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment;
