Section 170 Illegal Confinement
(1) Whoever without authorisation imprisons or otherwise confines another person, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for two to eight years.

Section 413 Persecution of Population
(2) The same sentence shall be imposed to anyone who during a war or another armed conflict
b) unjustifiably delays the return of the civilian population or prisoners of war,
2. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘war crimes’ means:
(a) Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts against persons or property protected under the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention:
(vii) Unlawful deportation or transfer or unlawful confinement;
