ARTICULO 174. PRIVACION ILEGAL DE LIBERTAD. <Penas aumentadas por el artículo 14 de la Ley 890 de 2004, a partir del 1o. de enero de 2005. El texto con las penas aumentadas es el siguiente:> El servidor público que abusando de sus funciones, prive a otro de su libertad, incurrirá en prisión de cuarenta y ocho (48) a noventa (90) meses.
1. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘crime against humanity’ means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack:
(e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law;
