Article 231a
Failure to Inform of the Location of a Mass Grave
Whoever knows for the place where the mass grave location of a mass grave is, and fails to report that, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.
States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Statute, cooperate fully with the Court in its investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
