''Part II SPECIFIC PART, Chapter 6, Breach of Marital and Familial Relationships and Customs, Article 253 Enforced Prostitution''

Any person forcing another person into prostitution shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a term ranging from five years to ten years of imprisonment and a f i n e shall be imposed ranging from 20,000,000 kip to 100,000,000 kip.

Any person forcing another under the age of eighteen into prostitution shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a term ranging from ten years to twenty years and a fine shall be imposed ranging from 30,000,000 kip to 150,000,000 kip.

Article 7 Crimes against humanity

1. For the purpose of this Statute, ‘crime against humanity’ means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack:

(g) Rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, forced pregnancy, enforced sterilization, or any other form of sexual violence of comparable gravity;
