ARTÍCULO 3°.- (Extradición). Ningún miembro de las Fuerzas Armadas sometido a la jurisdicción de las leyes militares bolivianas, podrá ser entregado por extradición a otro Estado, salvo que un tratado internacional o convenio de reciprocidad, así lo determine.
States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Statute, cooperate fully with the Court in its investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
