Council of Ministers' decision No.(82) of 2003 on Approval of Accession to the Statute of the International Criminal Court

I. Minister of Legal Affairs, Minister of Justice, and State Minister for the Affairs of the Parliament and the Consultative Council shall complete the necessary constitutional procedures.
Ministry of Justice shall take the following procedures:

A. Revise the system of penal legislation and other relevant legislation, and suggest the draft amendments required to make the legislation in conformity with the provisions of the ICC Statute.

B. Draw up plans and programs necessary to train judges to become specialists in dealing with the international crimes included in the ICC Statute, and become sufficiently aware of the corners of such crimes, and the principles of the International Law, as this constitutes the states' means to secure their judicial sovereignty.

I. This decision is to be implemented by appropriate administrative means.

Article 86 General obligation to cooperate

States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Statute, cooperate fully with the Court in its investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
