§ 262–1. Restriction relating to United States ac-cession to any new international criminal tribunal
(c) Statutory construction
Nothing in this section precludes sharing in-formation, expertise, or other forms of assist-ance with such tribunal.
States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Statute, cooperate fully with the Court in its investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
