Description of Offence
2. An offence against the law relating to genocide.
Interpretation
2. For the purposes of this Act,
“genocide” has the meaning assigned to it in Article II of the Convention.
Articles of Convention having the force of law
3. Articles II, III and IV of the Convention, have the force of law in Barbados.
1. The jurisdiction of the Court shall be limited to the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole. The Court has jurisdiction in accordance with this Statute with respect to the following crimes:
(a) The crime of genocide;
