Consideration of requests and decisions on refusals
Section 16
A decision to refuse a request completely or in part shall explain the reasons that determined the outcome.
6. If a request for assistance is denied, the requested State Party shall promptly inform the Court or the Prosecutor of the reasons for such denial.
