The request
Section 4
A request for legal assistance in Sweden under this Act should contain :
– information about which measure is requested and, when appropriate, in which capacity a person shall be heard,
2. The request shall, as applicable, contain or be supported by the following:
(d) The reasons for and details of any procedure or requirement to be followed;
