Article 14. Rights of the Accused
(1) Before taking any action, persons in charge of discovery, investigation and trial are required to inform the suspect or the accused of the following rights:
3. The right to be informed that if he makes any statement it can be used against him in the court.
1. In respect of an investigation under this Statute, a person:
(a) Shall not be compelled to incriminate himself or herself or to confess guilt;
