REQUESTS BY COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES TO TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO FOR ASSISTANCE
22. Acceptance or refusal of request, etc.
(1) Subject to this section, a request for assistance under this Act duly made by a Commonwealth country shall be accepted.
States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Statute, cooperate fully with the Court in its investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
