PART III – STATUS AND PRIVILEGES OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT

10. Privileges and immunities

(3) Any person –

(a) required to be present at the seat of the International Criminal Court; or
(b) or attending meetings of the Assembly of State Parties to the Statute, including the its subsidiary organs,

shall enjoy such privileges and facilities necessary for the performance of his functions in Mauritius as may be prescribed.

ARTICLE 14 Representatives of States Participating in the Proceedings of the Court

Representatives of States participating in the proceedings of the Court shall, while exercising their official functions, and during their journey to and from the place of the proceedings, enjoy the privileges and immunities referred to in article 13.
