3. Presumptions for holding the trial
Article 295-a
(1) The witness and the expert situated on the territory of another country might be examined trough telephone or video conference.
(2) The examination of the witness and the expert will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this law and the provisions of the Second Additional Protocol of the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters.
1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:
(e) Facilitating the voluntary appearance of persons as witnesses or experts before the Court;
