Remand
(1) A person who is arrested under a warrant issued under this Act shall, unless the warrant ceases to have effect under this Act, be brought before a Judge as soon as is practicable.
Subject to subsection (3), the Judge shall remand the person in csutody or on bail for such period or
1. In urgent cases, the Court may request the provisional arrest of the person sought, pending presentation of the request for surrender and the documents supporting the request as specified in article 91.
