Access to the file
2. A body set up by an international treaty or an act of the European Union promulgated by law may, to the extent and for the duration necessary for the body to carry out its tasks under that source, have access to the file in accordance with paragraph 1.
1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:
(d) The service of documents, including judicial documents;
(i) The provision of records and documents, including official records and documents;
