ยง 452. Extradition decision
(8) The Ministry of Justice shall immediately notify a requesting state of a decision to grant or refuse to grant extradition.

6. If a request for assistance is denied, the requested State Party shall promptly inform the Court or the Prosecutor of the reasons for such denial.
