Artículo 14.- Adopción de medidas especiales. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 12, se adoptarán medidas efectivas que aseguren la protección de la seguridad y bienestar físico y sicológico de los indagados, detenidos, víctimas, posibles testigos y sus familiares, debiendo considerarse las recomendaciones o medidas que al respecto hubiese expresamente solicitado o adoptado la Corte Penal Internacional, siempre que
las mismas no estén prohibidas en el orden jurídico interno y sean de posible cumplimiento de acuerdo con los medios que se dispongan.
4. In relation to any request for assistance presented under this Part, the Court may take such measures, including measures related to the protection of information, as may be necessary to ensure the safety or physical or psychological well-being of any victims, potential witnesses and their families. The Court may request that any information that is made available under this Part shall be provided and handled in a manner that protects the safety and physical or psychological well-being of any victims, potential witnesses and their families.
