Artículo 51.- Incautación. Los objetos y los valores que podrán servir de prueba en los procedimientos iniciados ante la Corte Penal Internacional o que están relacionados con el delito o el producto del mismo deberán ser incautados.
Artículo 52.- Imposibilidad de revisión. El Ministerio Público no examinará si la orden fue emitida correctamente por la Corte Penal Internacional, en virtud del párrafo 1, literales a) y b) del artículo 58, del Estatuto de Roma.
1. States Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Part and under procedures of national law, comply with requests by the Court to provide the following assistance in relation to investigations or prosecutions:
(k) The identification, tracing and freezing or seizure of proceeds, property and assets and instrumentalities of crimes for the purpose of eventual forfeiture, without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties; and
