Artículo 19.- Sesiones de la Corte Penal Internacional en República Dominicana. De conformidad con el párrafo 3 del artículo 3 y el artículo 62 del Estatuto de Roma, en
caso que la Corte lo considere conveniente, se autoriza sin restricciones, previa notificación a la Suprema Corte de Justicia, que la CPI sesione en República Dominicana o establezca una oficina especial en cualquier lugar, a elección de la Corte, dentro del territorio.
3. The Court may sit elsewhere, whenever it considers it desirable, as provided in this Statute.
In the event that the Court, pursuant to article 3, paragraph 3, of the Statute, considers it desirable to sit elsewhere than at its headquarters at The Hague in the Netherlands, the Court may conclude with the State concerned an arrangement concerning the provision of the appropriate facilities for the exercise of its functions.
