Article 6
Immunity of the Court, its property, funds and assets
1. The Court, and its property, funds and assets, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from every form of legal process, except insofar as in any particular case the Court has expressly waived its immunity. It is, however, understood that no waiver of immunity shall extend to any measure of execution.
2. The property, funds and assets of the Court, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, seizure, requisition, confiscation, expropriation and any other form of interference, whether by executive, administrative, judicial or legislative action.
3. To the extent necessary to carry out the functions of the Court, the property, funds and assets of the Court, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be exempt from restrictions, regulations, controls or moratoria of any nature.
Inmunidad de la Corte y de sus bienes, haberes y fondos
1. La Corte y sus bienes, haberes y fondos, dondequiera y en poder de quienquiera que se hallen, gozarán de inmunidad de jurisdicción en todas sus formas, salvo en la medida en que la Corte renuncie expresamente a ella en un caso determinado. Se entenderá, sin embargo, que la renuncia no será extensible a ninguna medida de ejecución.
2. Los bienes, haberes y fondos de la Corte, dondequiera y en poder de quienquiera que se hallen, gozarán de inmunidad de allanamiento, incautación, requisa, decomiso y expropiación y cualquier otra forma de interferencia, ya sea de carácter ejecutivo, administrativo, judicial o legislativo.
3. En la medida en que sea necesario para el desempeño de las funciones de la Corte, los bienes, haberes y fondos de la Corte, dondequiera y en poder de quienquiera que se hallen, estarán exentos de restricciones, reglamentaciones, controles o moratorias de toda índole.
