54D. A war crime is committed where any of the following acts is committed:

(a) grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts against persons or property protected under the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention:

(vi) wilfully depriving a prisoner of war or other protected person of the rights of fair and regular trial;

2. For the purpose of this Statute, “war crimes” means -
(a) Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts against persons or property protected under

Artículo 8 Crímenes de guerra

2. A los efectos del presente Estatuto, se entiende por "crímenes de guerra":

(a) Infracciones graves de los Convenios de Ginebra de 12 de agosto de 1949, a saber, cualquiera de los siguientes actos contra personas o bienes protegidos por las disposiciones del Convenio de Ginebra pertinente:

(vi) El hecho de privar deliberadamente a un prisionero de guerra o a otra persona protegida de su derecho a ser juzgado legítima e imparcialmente;
