(2) A person commits genocide where with intent to destroy, in whole or in part any national, ethnical, racial or religious group he —

Section 309Form of Order.
(1) The Minister shall issue a death warrant, or an order for the sentence of death to be commuted, under the hand of the Minister and the presidential seal to give effect to the said decision. If the sentence is to be carried out the warrant shall state the place where and time when execution is to be had, an directions as to the place of burial of the body of the person executed. If the sentence is commuted f punishment the order shall specify that punishment. If the person sentenced is pardoned the pardo whether it is free, or to what conditions (if any) it is subject.
(2) The warrant may direct that the execution shall take place at such time and at such place and that the person executed shall be buried at such place as shall be appointed by some officer specified in th
