Chapter 15 On Perjury, False Prosecution and Other Untrue Statements
Section 8
A person who tampers with or removes evidence with the intent that an innocent person be convicted, or with such intent invokes false evidence, shall be sentenced for tampering with evidence to imprisonment for at most two years or, if the crime is petty, to a fine or imprisonment for at most six months.
If the crime is gross, imprisonment for at least six months and at most four years shall be imposed.

Section 3
A party in a civil case, or an aggrieved person in a criminal case, who endeavours to prolong the course of litigation by the interposition of clearly unfounded allegations or defences, by withholding evidence, or by any other improper measure, shall be sentenced to a fine. What has been said of a party shall also apply to an intervenor, even if the intervenor lacks standing as a party. (SFS 1991:241)
Section 4
The provisions in Sections 1 to 3 shall apply correspondingly to legal representatives, as well as to attorneys and counsel.
1. La Corte tendrá competencia para conocer de los siguientes delitos contra la administración de justicia, siempre y cuando se cometan intencionalmente:
(c) Corromper a un testigo, obstruir su comparecencia o testimonio o interferir en ellos, tomar represalias contra un testigo por su declaración, destruir o alterar pruebas o interferir en las diligencias de prueba;
