50 Documentation for request
(1) A request for cooperation (other than a request to which subsection (2) applies) must, as applicable, contain or be supported by:
(c) a concise statement of the essential facts underlying the request; and
An Act to facilitate compliance by Australia with obligations under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and for related purposes
